You can change information in a customer's profile at any time from the Customer Profile page, or you can view transaction history, and submit new charge or refund transactions..
To edit a profile
Select a profile from the customer list on the Customer Information Manager page, by clicking the Profile ID. The Customer Profile screen opens, displaying all the information stored for that customer.
You can do any of the following:
Change the customer ID, email address, or description by clicking Edit Profile Info
Change payment information by clicking the appropriate Payment Profile ID.
Add new payment information by clicking Add Payment Profile.
Change shipping information by clicking the appropriate Shipping Profile ID
Add new shipping information by clicking Add Shipping Profile
View the customer's Order History
Enter a new charge or refund transaction for a selected payment profile

Note that if any ARB subscriptions are based on profile data, an update to the profile will also affect the associated subscription.
