You can find a customer's order history from the Customer Information Manager:
Select a customer profile from the main CIM screen
To see the entire transaction history for all payment profiles, click the View History button on the Customer Profile Information bar
To see the transaction history for only one of the payment profiles, click the History link next to the payment profile you wish to examine
The Order History page displays the following information:
At the top of the page, it indicates whether the order history includes all payment profiles (Order History for Customer Profile ID nnn), or whether it only applies to one payment profile (Order History for Payment Profile ID nnn).
One line per transaction, listing the following:
Transaction ID - identifies the transaction. Click on the transaction ID to see complete details for the transaction.
Invoice number - lists the invoice number, if there is one
Transaction status - indicates the status of the transaction. For a list of all statuses, see the topic Transaction Status
Submit date - shows the date and time when the transaction was submitted
Customer name - shows the customer's first and last name
Card - shows the abbreviation for the credit card used, if it was a credit card transaction.
Payment Method - shows the credit card or bank account number. Only the last four digits are actually displayed; the rest of the number is blocked out with a series of Xs.
Settlement Date - Date and time when the transaction was settled
Settlement amount - The amount of the transaction
