Use the Subscription Status and Transaction Status tabs at the top of the main ARB page to see a summary of subscriptions and transactions.
First, select the month for which you would like to see data. You can choose any month, up to 12 months in the past, or 12 months in the future.
When you click the Subscription Status tab, a summary is displayed, with totals in each of the Active, Expiring, Inactive, and Expiring Credit Cards columns.
Click in the Active column to see a list of active subscriptions .
Click in the Expiring column to see a list of subscriptions that are scheduled to expire this month.
Click in the Inactive column to see a list of subscriptions that have been either cancelled or expired.
Click in the Expiring Credit Cards section to see a list of subscriptions payable by credit cards that are expiring this month.
To see more detail for a particular subscription, click the ID for that subscription.
Note that credit card numbers and expiration dates are all masked.
When you click the Transaction Status tab, a summary is displayed, with totals in each of the Transactions Processed, Transactions Pending, Approvals, Declines, Errors, and Approved Amount columns.
Click the number in the Transactions Processed column to see a report of all transactions processed during the month..
Click the number in the Transactions Pending column to see a report of pending transactions during the month.
Click the number in the Approvals column to see a report of approved transactions during the month.
Click the number in the Declines column to see a report of transactions declined during the month.
Click the number in the Errors column to see a report of transactions resulting in errors during the month.
Click the number in the Approved Amount column to see a report of approved transactions during the month.
