Your secret question and answer are used to safeguard your user account and should NOT be shared with anyone. It is highly recommended that you change your secret question and answer on a regular basis to further strengthen the security of your user account.
To change your secret question and answer:
Step 1: Enter the secret answer to your current secret question.
Step 2: Select a new secret question from the New Secret Question drop-down list.
Step 3: Enter your new secret answer.
Step 4: Enter your new secret answer again in the Confirm New Secret Answer text field.
Step 5: Click Submit to update your secret question and answer or click Cancel to cancel the action. A message appears confirming that your secret question and answer have been successfully updated.
Step 6: Click Continue to return to the User Profile page.
