This page lists information about errored subscriptions within a specific upload subscription file.
File ID—The identification number assigned by the payment gateway to a successfully uploaded transaction file.
Total Records Uploaded—The total number of subscriptions uploaded in the subscription file.
Subscriptions Accepted—The total number of subscriptions in the uploaded subscription file accepted by the payment gateway.
Subscriptions with Errors—The number of subscriptions in the uploaded file that encountered errors during subscription creation. These transactions were not accepted by the payment gateway and will need to be corrected and resubmitted in a new subscription file.
File Status—The current status of the uploaded subscription file. Possible values are:
Accepted — This status indicates that there were no errors in the file and all uploaded subscriptions were successfully created.
Accepted with Errors — This status indicates that one or more subscription records in the subscription file experienced an error during creation. As a result, these subscriptions were not created. The errors in these subscription records will need to be corrected and re-uploaded.
Each error included in the subscription file is listed including:
Line Number—The line in the subscription file on which an error occurred. (Each line in the subscription file represents an individual subscription.)
Error Type—A detailed description of the error found in an uploaded subscription file.
Subscription Status—The processing status of a subscription.
Active — The subscription is being processed successfully according to schedule.
Suspended — The subscription is currently suspended due to a transaction decline, rejection, or error. Suspended subscriptions must be reactivated before the next scheduled transaction or the subscription will be terminated by the payment gateway.
Terminated — The suspended subscription has been terminated by the payment gateway. Terminated subscriptions cannot be reactivated. If necessary, they can be recreated.
Canceled — The subscription has been manually canceled by the merchant. Canceled subscriptions cannot be reactivated. If necessary, they can be recreated.
Expired – The subscription has successfully completed its billing schedule. Expired subscriptions cannot be renewed.
