You can discontinue your use of the Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) service at any time.
Step 1: Read through the information provided on the Discontinue the ARB Service page.
Step 2: Click Yes to continue with the cancellation of your ARB Subscription Program Service, or click No to return to the main ARB page.
IMPORTANT: Once you have discontinued the ARB service, the payment gateway will not continue to process automated recurring transactions for any existing subscriptions. If you choose to re-enable the service later, any previous subscriptions that were active at the time you discontinued the ARB service will need to be recreated.
You can re-enable the ARB service at any time by clicking the Sign Up for the ARB Service link on the main ARB page.
