Account Updater Report

Note: Account Updater enrollment is restricted to U.S. contracting entities only.

This report details certain types of payment profile updates made for a specific time period. To view details of the payment profile updates made by the service, select the month that you want to view from the drop-down menu, and click Run Report.

The Account Updater Summary report shows the following information for the selected time period:

• New account numbers
• New expiration dates
• Closed accounts
• Total updates

The Account Updater Detail Report shows the following information:

• Customer profile ID
• Payment profile ID
• Last name
• First name
• Reason code
• Payment method
• Expiration date
• Card type

You can sort the information by clicking on a column heading.
