“Decline the transaction” is one of the four filter action options for handling transactions that trigger one or more Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) filters. Transactions that trigger an AFDS filter with this filter action will be declined automatically without being sent for authorization. This is the most severe action for handling a suspicious transaction.
