The Transaction Version for your payment gateway account defines the set of information that is returned to you for transaction responses. The response includes information about the status of the transaction as well as its payment gateway assigned transaction ID (this number is necessary to submit follow-on transactions such as refunds).
Note: Once you have upgraded to a higher transaction version, you can not revert to a lower version.

To upgrade to a higher transaction version:
Step 1: Select the transaction version to which you would like to upgrade from the Transaction Version drop-down list.
Step 2: Click Submit. A confirmation message indicates that your setting has been successfully applied.
